On the Day 1 of 5 days Kilimanjaro climbing, After breakfast, our driver will pick you up and then take you to the office where you will receive a briefing and equipment check. Then drive to the gate of Marangu, Kilimanjaro National Park (45 minutes from Moshi. Here you will register and start the Kilimanjaro climbing ascent. You and your guide will travel through the rainforest to Camp Mandara. Taking a detour to the Maundi Crater is a good way to explore the surroundings, especially northern Tanzania and Kenya. In the rainforest, you'll see towering eucalyptus trees, birds, and colobus monkeys.

Crossing the alpine area, we will see giant dolls and grrunsel. Here, you will begin to feel the effects of altitude.

On the Day 3 of 5 days Kilimanjaro climbing Continuing up, we will now pass the final water point, walking on the Kilimanjaro saddle between the peaks of Kibo and Mawenzi, where the vegetation begins to disappear in the "moon landscape". At Kibo, we will have dinner, rest and prepare for the journey to conquer the mountain starting at 2:00pm

On the Day 4 of 5 days Kilimanjaro hiking Early in the morning (around midnight to 2 a.m.), begin the climb to the top via steep, thick fog or snow to Gilman Point perched on the crater rim. Moving on, we now climb to Mount Uhuru, the highest point in Africa. Have incredible views at every turn. Take your picture at the top to show your friends and family. From there we headed down, stopping for lunch and resting at Kibo before continuing on to the Horombo camp. The start of this Kilimanjaro hiking is in the dark and requires a headlamp or flashlight. It will be very cold until you start going down, so you will need all your layers of warm clothing. This is the hardest part of the trip with lots of redirects. Go slow "pole" and an optimistic attitude will get you there!

On the Day 5 of 5 days Kilimanjaro climbing After breakfast, a steady descent will take us across the moor to Mandara Hut. Continue down through a dense forest trail to the gate of Marangu National Park. At lower elevations, it is always wet and muddy. Gaiters and climbing sticks will help you. Shorts and a t-shirt may suffice (have a raincoat and warm clothes ready). The car will be waiting for you at Marangu village to take you back to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha after 5 days Kilimanjaro climbing. Don't forget to tip your guide and porter. It's party time!
