On the fith day,the Serengeti Migration Safari continue after breakfast, we will head to the northernmost tip of Serengeti National Park, also known as Wagakuria. We will do the driving game on the road from Lobo area to Wagakuria area. As we head north, giraffes, the usual game, herds of buffalo and elephants are often seen.
We arrived on time for lunch at the lodge and after lunch we would drive for an afternoon game in the area. Migratory wildebeest are usually found in the Wagakuria region from mid-July to October, depending on rainfall this is when they part for the Serengeti Wildebeest migration. A long stretch of the Mara River runs through the northern part of the Serengeti National Park, and the Mara River presents the most difficult migration obstacle.
