Upon arrival at Arusha / Kilimanjaro airport you will be picked up by your Tanzania Burigi Chato Safari Driver-guide and transferred to your hotel or lodge in Arusha or Moshi.You will settle into your accommodation, relax and get to know the African atmosphere. The next day we are ready to start our 4 days Tanzania Serengeti Migration Great Travel Safari (Gnu Mara River Crossing).
Arusha is a city in northern Tanzania and the capital of the Arusha province with a population of 416,442 and 323,198 inhabitants in the surrounding district of Arusha. Located at the eastern end of the eastern portion of the Great Rift Valley, under Mount Meru, Arusha has a temperate climate. The second day of your safari early in the morning, after breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel. A Burigi Chato Safari driver guide will transfer you to Arusha Airport for your flight to Northern Serengeti. Upon arrival, embark on a wildlife safari following the Great Serengeti Migration Trails.
Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and enjoy a game drive through the area after lunch. Wildebeest migration typically occurs in the Wagakulia region from mid-July to October, depending on rainfall patterns. A long stretch of the Mara River flows through the Northern Serengeti National Park, presenting the toughest obstacles to the migration of wildbeest in the Serengeti Wildebeest Migration. Watch a herd of wild gnus cross the Mara River. Evening transfer to the accommodation for evening entertainment and overnight stay.

After enjoying breakfast on the second day of your Serengeti Migration adventure, continue on a full-day safari in the Wagarukia area. This part of the park is extremely rich in fauna, with colonies of up to 30 lions, and from mid-July to October the area transforms into a wildlife paradise. Its main feature is the Mara River, and it is not uncommon for herds to cross the Mara River to the north in one day and then return to the south after a few days. It is surely very difficult to find the crossroads of the wildebeest in the Serengeti Wildebeest Migration and sometimes it is a matter of luck to witness it. A herd can be seen along the river and it will take a few days to decide whether to cross or not. The area is a stunning area of replicas, forests, riverine vegetation and open plains, similar to the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya this favour the wildlife taking place in the Serengeti Wildebeest Migration.
(Hot air ballooning is also an option in this area)
Serengeti Balloon Safari: The experience of flying over the Serengeti is simply indescribable. Get a bird's eye view of the park as you fly over the sun. The hot air balloon flight lasts approximately one hour. Afterwards, passengers gather around a table surrounded by the park's lush plains to enjoy an "Out of Africa" English breakfast.

The third day after breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive in the Kogatende region. This area of the park is extremely rich in wildlife especially those found in the The Great Serengeti Migration, with colonies of up to 30 lions making the area a wildlife paradise from mid-July to October. The main feature is the Mara River and it is not common for herds to cross the Mara River north in one day and return south after a few days. Finding the mammals crossing in the Serengeti Wildebeest Migration is a matter of chance and sometimes a matter of luck. A group is sighted along the river and it will be several days before a decision is made whether to cross or not. The area is an amazing area of replicas, riverine vegetation, forests and open plains, similar to the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.

Serengeti Migration adventure continue on the fourth day.After breakfast at the camp, we will head to Seronera airstrip enjoying a game drive along the way. Around mid-morning, take a scheduled flight from Seronera Airstrip to Arusha Airport. Upon arrival at Arusha airport, you will meet our driver who will drive you to Arusha town. Upon arrival, we will have our lunch and then finish our African safari adventure which were comprised of The Great Serengeti Wildebeest Migration. You will be transferred to your hotel where our game drive service/safari ends.
