DAY 0: Arrival - Arusha

Upon arrival at Arusha/Kilimanjaro airport, your Tanzania Burigi Chato Safaris guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel or lodge in Arusha Tanzania. You will then settle in your accommodation, relax and get used to the Tanzanian atmosphere. Ready to start your 4 Days Great Tanzania Serengeti Migration safari (Mara River Crossing) the next day. DAY 1: ARUSHA – SERENGETI (Through Ngorongoro)

On this first day you will leave Arusha; the base town city for safaris in the northern Tanzania and along the Arusha heading Dodoma highway, a picturesque drive towards the Serengeti National Park through Ngorongoro Conservation area. You will pass by a supermarket (depending on your choice) for some last-minute shopping of any personal needs that you may need. You’ll arrive Serengeti at the late afternoon hours. Serengeti National Park fame for its endless plains the host of the mysterious Serengeti Migration rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We’ll proceed to the Lobo area which is located just north of the Seronera central area. The Greatest Serengeti wildebeest migration, normally pass via the Lobo area every year around July / August en-route to the Kenya’s Masai Mara Reserve and again in late October / November en-route to the southern Serengeti National Park. REMEMBER: You can break up the drive with one or both of the following activities: • Olduvai Gorge Museum; Sometimes known as the Cradle of human kind, the Olduvai Gorge Museum commemorates some of the oldest evidences of human habitation ever found in the whole world. Here expect to see some of the oldest fossil evidence in the world of human habitation, visit the Olduvai Gorge Museum to learn about the human journey through, and take in the stunning views of this stark gorge country. • Maasai boma visit: You will have chance to visit one of the famous Maasai bomas, where you'll have the opportunity to witness, see and participate in traditional Maasai dances, tour/visit trustworthy Maasai village, and even do a little souvenir shopping at the local markets present here around. Both of the above activities are excluded in your Tour Price hence additional cost is Needed. Arrive in Serengeti in the late afternoon for an Evening game drive then you will check in at a Camp/lodge for dinner and overnight. DAY 2: SERENGETI CENTRAL – NORTHERN SERENGETI (Kogatende area)

After having breakfast on this second day , we will drive you head to the northern reach of the Serengeti , Th home of Serengeti Migration , also known as the Kogatende. We will do a game drive and en-route from the Lobo area to the Wagakuria area. As we head north, good sightings of giraffe, plain game, herds of buffalos and elephants can be seen. We arrive in time of lunch at the lodge and after lunch we will enjoy an afternoon game drive in the area. The Serengeti Wildebeest migration is normally found in the Wagakuria area around Mid-july to October, depending on rainfall patterns. A long stretch of the Mara River runs through the north Serengeti and the Mara River gives the migration, most difficult obstacle. Witnessing the frantic herds of wildebeest crossing the Mara River is real amazing.

DAY 03: Northern Serengeti (Kogatende) – Central Serengeti

The first day of this exceptional safari after taking breakfast, guests can drive all day in the Wagakuria region. The population of resident wildlife is particularly high in this part of the park, with numbers boasting up to 30 lions, however, from mid-July to October the area turns into a paradise. wild animals and those involved in the Serengeti Migration. The key factor is the Mara River if one is not uncommon to see herds crossing the Mara River north one day and then back south a few days later. Be careful, finding a ramp is difficult and sometimes a matter of luck. Groups of herds can be seen next to the river and only decide whether to cross or not to pass a few days later. The area is a beautiful area with kopjes, woodlands, riparian vegetation and open plains, similar to the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. (Balloon ride option is also available in this area) Serengeti Balloon Safaris: No words can conjure up the experience of hovering over Serengeti plains. “Get a panoramic view of the park as you stand by the sun. The hot air balloon ride lasts about an hour, after which passengers gather around a table, surrounded by the park's lush plains, for an 'Out of Africa' English breakfast.

DAY 04: CENTRAL SERENGETI BACK TO ARUSHA

The last day of this Serengeti Migration mystery continue with your morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti with mid-afternoon lunch and a relaxing break at the lodge. The term Serengeti means endless plains in the Maasai language. In the central plains, there are carnivores such as leopards, lions, hyenas and cheetahs. This park is often the site of the annual Serengeti wildebeest Migration and zebras migration it take place between the Kenyan Mara and the Serengeti. Various species of birds can be seen here including eagles, ducks, Egyptian geese, storks, vultures, secretary birds, hadada ibis, storks, herons, black kites, pelicans, cranes and guinea fowl. Serengeti National Park is said to be the best fame wildlife sanctuary as it host the most spectacular world animal show The Serengeti Wildebeest Migration , with over 3 million large mammals involved. About 35 species of famous animals can be seen here, including the "big 5" - elephants, rhinos, lions, leopards and buffalo. Other common species found here include hippos, giraffes, eland, impala and antelopes, baboons, monkeys and countless more than 500 species of birds. In May or early June, huge herds of wildebeest, antelope and zebra begin their spectacular annual Serengeti Migration northward migration. After lunch you will continue to watch the game in Serengeti heading to the Serengeti Gate to check out Serengeti National Park, then you will continue to watch the game on your way through Ngorongoro to Arusha/Moshi.
