This Tanzania Big 5 Safari package aims to enable tourists to see the Big 5 animals in Tanzania's national parks. These include Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The term "Big 5" originally referred to the difficulty of hunting lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and African buffaloes. These five species of large African mammals were known to be dangerous, and it was considered a feat for a trophy hunter to bring them home.
Upon arrival at Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be picked up by your Tanzania Burigi Chato Safari Guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi Tanzania. Settle into your accommodation, relax and get acquainted with the African atmosphere. The next day we were ready to start his 4 days Tanzania safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro (Tanzania BIG 5 Safari).
Arusha is a city in northern Tanzania and is the capital of the Arusha Region with a population of 416,442 and a population of 323,198 in the surrounding Arusha District. Located at the eastern end of the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley, below Mount Meru, Arusha has a temperate climate. The city is close to the Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru Arusha National Park.

On this day you will leave Moshi or Arusha city; the base town for safaris in northern Tanzania and along the Arusha – Dodoma highway a scenic drive to Ngorongoro National Park. You'll stop at a supermarket (if you wish) to do any last-minute shopping for any personal items you may need, then continue on. You will arrive in Ngorongoro after 3 hours and then we will descend more than 600m to the crater to see the wildlife inside.
Ngorongoro Crater is one of the largest African wildlife areas in the world and is home to approximately 30,000 animals, including some of the last remaining black rhinos in Tanzania Ngorongoro National Park is home to year-round water and forage for a wide variety of animals including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, antelopes, warthogs, hippos and giant African elephants. Another major draw of this scenic national park is its dense population of predators, including lion, hyena, jackal, cheetah and the always elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.
We will also visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwest corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. Here you can often see large numbers of flamingos, hippos and other waterfowl.

After breakfast we head into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti National Park, with its endless plains stretching out into the distance as far as the eye can see. We continue to the Lobo area, located north of the Seronera area (Central Serengeti National Park). The wildebeest migration normally traverses the Lobo area en route to Kenya's Masai Mara Game Reserve in July/August each year and again en route to Southern Serengeti National Park in late October/November.

breathtaking views of this gorge-riven country.
• Maasai Boma Visit: You will visit one of the famous Maasai Boma where you will have the opportunity to witness (and participate in) the traditional Maasai dance, a tour Visit an authentic Maasai village and even shop for souvenirs at the local market.

Arrive in the Serengeti late afternoon for an overnight cruise until evening when you check into camp/lodge at
, dinner and overnight.
Lunch will be taken at one of the picnic spots, likely at Naabi Hill Gate, where you'll also have the opportunity to stretch your legs while your guide completes the registration and relevant paperwork. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day safari in the park. The Lobo and Grumeti River area has good local game year round. All year round you can see non-migratory animals such as elephant, buffalo, gazelle, zebra, lion, leopard and cheetah. The game's visualization is very good and you can play the game for long periods of time without seeing other vehicles, truly one of the forgotten corners of the Serengeti plains. After breakfast at camp, we drive to Seronera Airstrip and enjoy game drive en route.
Around mid-morning, take a scheduled flight from Seronera Airstrip to Arusha Airport. Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, meet our driver who will transfer you to Arusha city. Upon arrival we will have our lunch and then end our African safari adventure. You will be transferred to your hotel or airport, where our safari service ends.
