Arusha is a city in north Tanzania and the capital of the Arusha region with a population of 416,442 plus 323,198 in the surrounding Arusha District. Lying below Mount Meru on the eastern edge of the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley, Arusha has a temperate climate. The city is close to Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire National Park, Kilimanjaro National park and Arusha National Park on Mount Meru.

You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha City at 6:30 AM and you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to the Serengeti which departs at 7:45am. m. and will land at 9:00 a.m. on the Seronera airstrip. Your driver-guide with an open 4x4 safari vehicle and a lunch box will pick you up from the Seronera airstrip and start the game. You will visit the well-known Seronera river loop which offers a better chance of spotting a leopard perching in the branches of the trees during the day. Large prides of lions live here. This river carries water all year round and makes it available for the resident species to drink. Enjoy your lunch at 12:30 p.m at a picnic area and then continue with further game drive in different parts of the area. In the evening, dinner is served at 7:30 p.m and then spend the night in the camp/lodge in the Serengeti.

After breakfast we make our way to the western end of the Serengeti National Park, also known as the Western Corridor. We will do a safari en route from the Seronera area to the Western Corridor area. We arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and after lunch enjoy a game drive in the area. Wildebeest migrations are typically seen in the Western Corridor area in late April, May, June or early July, depending on rainfall patterns. The main feature of the Western Corridor is the Grumeti and Mbalageti rivers, which run almost parallel to each other, each supporting a strip of evergreen forest. The rivers support a permanent wild population of zebra, wildebeest, all predators and birds. It is also possible to find large herds of hippos and giant crocodiles in the Grumeti River. Wildebeest usually congregate around waterholes in the mid-morning at such a density that they look like ants swarming around a nest. After the safari we drive back to the center of the Serengeti. Dinner and overnight in the central Serengeti, depending on the standard and type of accommodation option desired.

After breakfast at camp we drive to the Seronera Airstrip enjoying a game drive en route. Catch a scheduled morning flight from Seronera Airstrip to Arusha Airport. Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, meet our driver who will transfer you to Arusha city. Upon arrival we will have our lunch and then end our African safari adventure. You will be transferred to your hotel where our safari service ends.(There is also a hot air balloon option in this area) Serengeti Balloon Safaris: Words cannot describe the experience of soaring over the Serengeti.” Get a bird's eye view of the park as you soar alongside the sun.
